Beverly Hospital is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the Quick’rCare platform. This will allow the residents of Montebello and surrounding communities the ability to directly access the hospital’s Emergency Care Center before arriving. “It’s important for people to know that the emergency department at Beverly Hospital continues to be open 24/7, 365.” states Joseph Chan, MD – Medical Director of the Emergency Department. “And now with Quick’rCare, visiting the Emergency Department is even easier with the ability to secure a reservation before coming to the hospital.”
With Quick’rCare, patients are able to determine the next available time that works for them, pre-register for their spot in line and upon arrival receive care based on their reserved time. The community can access the platform in many ways, most notably residents can go to www.beverly.org to directly access registration into the ER. This new service allows those that use the system to experience shorter wait times while at the ER. The overall results being a better patient experience.
“The team at Beverly Hospital is amazing. We are excited to be able to provide a service to the community that will make a visit to the ER a more pleasant experience.” said Alex Guastella, CEO of Quick’rCare. He continued, “We know that when someone is sick, the last thing that they want to do is wait for care. Our goal is to help provide an easy to use system to help eliminate this concern.”
Beverly Hospital’s emergency medical staff are here to evaluate people, we’re here to treat, we’re here to stabilize, we’re here to take care of those with healthcare needs whether they have COVID-19 or not. The implementation of Quick’rCare will help to speed care to those most in need.
