Attendance of the 1st class is required.

A highly structured 7-week program designed to help you lead a smoke-free life. The program will offer a logical approach to “break the chain, and kick the habit” that will include topics on effective ways to stop nicotine addiction, emphasize on changing behaviors, and strategies to maintain a smoke free environment.
