Our Rock & Roll Muscles and Advanced Chair Aerobics classes have combined into 1 action-packed class. This rhythmic exercise class is designed to improve heart health and circulation. Exercise all muscles in your body to the rhythm of popular music while seated in a chair. No standing necessary. Enjoy dancing in your chair as you get healthier, stronger and improve circulation throughout the body. Please bring 1 – 2 lb weights (optional).
