Come and sit for a comprehensive Chair Aerobics Class encompassing stretching and movement of the arms, legs and torso area. This class will help to increase flexibility and circulation throughout the body. This advanced class will include weight training. Please bring a 1 to 3 pound weight or a 16 oz. can to use as a weight.
